The HR team explored the question: “What is Learning and how might we work with Learning”. They designed easy-to-apply action plans visualized for immediate implementation in their every day HR context.
Challenge
The HR Team at DIS was in the middle of a Strategy period and needed inspiration of a new strategy activation method and to unpack and align on their learning strategy. They chose to explore the strategy sprint method
Solution
The HR Team unpacking what learning means for the team, mapping student journeys, personas, needs, building and drawing action plans and alignment paths to take immediately into their work.
