With 15 years of experience in strategy, leadership and facilitation, Sarah helps leaders and teams turn complex strategies into living, visual experiences that people can see, understand and act on.

Her work bridges art, psychology and systems thinking, bringing clarity where there is noise, and movement where things are stuck.

Before founding SLUM, Sarah worked with organisations like Maersk and Ørsted, building a deep understanding of how change truly happens inside large systems.
She holds two master’s degrees in Organisational Psychology and Service Systems Design and is known for creating transformation that feels both human and tangible.
