Founder Story
I stopped drawing when I became a teenager and started spending my life trying to excel in the ‘right’ way.
Two master degrees with top grades, a posh postal code, a French dog, a Tesla in the driveway, and fancy titles on my CV from prestigious places.
The more successful I became, the more suffocated I felt. I picked up drawing again, and it became my turning point and lifeline.
Throughout my career, my drawings brought speeches and words to life. And they awakened the people they came from. They started to smile.
The world suffers under what people say they want to do but don’t or can’t.
We have created societies in need of innovation like ever before, but where the source—creativity—often struggles. And even though creativity is the most important skill today, it remains one of the lowest-paid competencies in the world market.
This is a paradox and a gap that SLUM works to close with their visual innovation services and consulting. We need to awaken creativity, unlock potential, and create joy, well-being, and innovation so that together we can create the lives and futures we dream of.
