Challenge
To visually record a strategy dialogue for the team to have a physical representation to anchor memory and to help revisit and activate the strategy bringing it to live in the everyday after the strategy dialogue.
Solution
A visual handdrawn mega poster recording of a strategy dialogue at a strategy team seminar. The recording was printed as a large scale poster as a personal team strategy story.
