Case: CMO Visual Leadership Course

Result

Inger learned to tackle complexity with visual tools to communicate her leadership ideas and concepts visually. By using her hand to think and conceptialize, she discovered a new way to lead in complexity with authenticity.

Challenge

As a leader, Inger had a need to strengthen her communication to engage leadership and teams. In this needed to be able to create overview of complexity and understand it. Inger needed to translate these complex matters into stories promoting clarity and engagement and she wanted to be able to use handdrawn visuals in doing so.

Solution

A 1:1 leadership training course where we looked at Ingers professional domain as a CMO. She developed her own visual toolbox within Marketing that she could immediately apply in her daily work.
