Through a cross-sector competency program in the Capital Region of Denmark, healthcare professionals can drive learning, change, and co-creation with the patient at the center. This is supported by visual learning products and tools that enhance the process.
Challenge
The leadership team wanted to qualify their competency programme with visual learning experiences and real problem solving of health related issues. One of the criteria was to promotes transfer from the class room and every day practise
Solution
The Design Sprint as a fast and creative problem solving method was implemented in the Capital Region’s competency program through the creation of visual learning templates. These templates were used throughout the program and in practice, supporting the learning and collaboration processes.
