Result
Through a cross-sector competency programme in the Capital Region of Denmark, healthcare professionals can now drive learning, change, and co-creation with the patient at the center. This is supported by visual learning product designs and tools enhancing the process.
Challenge
The leadership team wanted to qualify their competency programme with visual sprint as a learning approach to solving real problems of health related issues. One of the criteria was to promote transfer of knowledge from the class room into usage in the every day practise of the participants.
Solution
The Visual Design Sprint, a uniquely developed SLUM Method as a fast and creative problem solving appraoch was implemented in the Capital Region’s competency programme through the creation of visual learning templates. These templates were used throughout the program and in practice, supporting the learning and collaboration processes.
