Global Community Days

Result

The “Future HR” program at Maersk introduced a new organization, IT, and global processes. During the global event “Community Days,” HR employees engaged with the strategy and shaped the conversation through visual designed tools. They created stories and future scenarios. They gave close to 9 in satisfaction score after.

Challenge

The goal was to communicate HR’s future vision and actively engage employees through involvement and co-creation, fostering trust, commitment and engagement in the new direction.

Solution

A global event held across four regions for 800 Maersk HR employees. The concept included knowledge sharing ‘Camps’, where employees engaged in visually structured conversation games. A visual identity and on-site wayfinding, creating a space where employees could shape their own narratives about the future of HR.
