Result
In a collaborative LAB across HR, Facility Management, and IT, specialists, employees, and leaders can now design improvements to employee experience touchpoints. EX LAB was created as an interdisciplinary development unit based on three themes: listening at key moments in the employee journey, redesigning these moments, and scaled digital development.
Challenge
Designing a shared ambition and strategy for employee experience at Ørsted and developing an operating model for improving and co-creating employee experiences collaborating with employees in EX LAB.
Solution
We used data from engagement surveys to understand what employees needed, applied graphic facilitation and a design sprint approach and identified key problems to solve in EX LAB. To enhance the employee experience, we designed prototypes addressed the challenges.
